Inspired by the intimacy and versatility of porcelain, Annie Marciniszyn, the artist behind Nodi Studio discovered a passion for this material during her design studies. Porcelain’s unpredictability and tactile nature continue to captivate her, making each creation a true labor of love.
ATMOSPHERIC LIGHTING
Each lamp is carefully shaped and finished by hand, allowing organic variations to emerge. The maroon glaze is applied with precision, resulting in a deep, glossy surface that enhances the volume and curvature of the design.
Designed to sit close to the wall, the lamp emits a soft and diffused glow. The spherical light source balances the intensity of the ceramic base, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
CERAMIC BODY
The lamp is made from ceramic, kiln-fired to achieve strength and a refined finish. The maroon color adds richness and depth, highlighting the sculptural quality of the form.
A glass sphere provides even and gentle light distribution. The combination of solid ceramic and glowing glass creates a harmonious contrast between material and light.
