ORDERS

When you shop at MAK MISHO, please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This is because all items are sent directly from the individual designers rather than from a central warehouse. This deliberate choice supports the environment, local communities, and the future of sustainable design.
At MAK MISHO, we strive to offer a wide selection of exciting design products without compromising on our commitment to a greener planet. Both we and our designers sincerely appreciate your willingness to make an extra trip to the pick-up point.
Currently, we ship to all countries within the EU.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Once you place an order with MAK MISHO ApS, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item is ready for shipment from the designer.
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euros (EUR) and include VAT.
We use a certified payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that your details are secure during the transaction.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted items.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

MAK MISHO ApS delivers on all weekdays, except Sundays. After dispatch, delivery typically takes a few days or is ready for pick-up at your local parcel shop.
As the order is shipped directly from the designer, the estimated delivery time on the product page will apply.
Free Shipping is available for all orders within Denmark and the EU.
Deliveries are handled in collaboration with GLS.
For orders that include larger items, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Standard delivery is to the curbside. If you require assistance with carrying items into your home, you can purchase this service for an additional fee of 500–1,000 DKK, depending on the size and complexity of the delivery. For two-person delivery tasks, the cost is 1,000 DKK.

RETURNS

We offer a 50-day return policy on all purchases.
After you have received the item(s) you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the item(s) within the period of 50 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in a store. 
If you wish to return your order, please email us at contact@makmisho.com to initiate the return process. Once you notify us, we will provide you with a return label and the address for the return shipment. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
When returning items, ensure they are:
1. Securely packed in the original packaging.
2. Enclosed in protective wrapping.
Important: Do not attach an address label directly to the item or its original packaging.
You are responsible for returning the item in its original state and original packaging. If this is not the case, you should expect a reduction in the refund amount due to the loss of value of the item. The item(s) you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Damage done while returning/shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Therefore it is important that you please make sure to pack the return safely. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the item(s) back. 
We recommend using insured parcel shipping, as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them. Unfortunately, we do not accept COD shipments or packages sent via DAO. Additionally, we do not pick up packages from parcel shops, nor packages sent to our headquarter.
  
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. For larger orders we can help arrange the shipping, but the expenses would still need to be paid by you.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the credit card used for payment within 7 days of receiving the returned items in new condition. If the item is not returned in its original packaging or has signs of use, a deduction may be made to account for its reduced value.
If the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the item(s) that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse returns of item(s) that are not in new-like condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer. Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. Therefore it's very important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any item(s) you wish to return.
  
If an agreement for a refund has been made, please send your bank details to contact@makmisho.com, and we will process the transfer.

COMPLAINTS

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish law. This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. It does not cover issues caused by improper use or damage inflicted by the customer.
MAK MISHO will cover reasonable return shipping costs in cases of valid complaints. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure they are sent to the correct address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 50 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind, email us at contact@makmisho.com to notify us of your decision.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will only be issued for items in new condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Notify us by email at contact@makmisho.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Ship the item(s) and original packaging back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Fill out the return form provided in your email and include it in the return package.
4. Cover the return shipping costs.
5. Receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned item(s) in new condition.
  
If items are not returned in their original packaging and condition, a deduction will be made from your refund based on the reduced value.
